Payments

All payments are made securely + I will dispatch your purchase once payment has been received.

UK Mainland ~ I aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to a week to receive your order.

All orders include Royal Mail signed for delivery with the exception of cards + mini artworks £20 + under, which are not tracked.

If you require a speedy postal service, please let me know + I'll do my best to get your order to you in time ~ this may cost extra.

International ~ I aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to a week for confirmation of this.

All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Economy.

Royal Mail state you will receive your parcel within 7 business days from your dispatch date but can take up to 6 weeks ~ please allow for this.

refunds + returns

I hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

If not, please contact Aimée Louise before returning any items.

I can offer a refund on cards + prints as long as they are in a saleable condition, undamaged + returned within 14 days of delivery.

All original artwork is nonrefundable, {this does not include mini artworks of £20 + under}.

Every item is packed by myself + I am careful to ensure each item is packed undamaged, I cannot be liable for any damage caused in the post.

Please note, that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

I am unable to reimburse any postage costs or pay for any handling fees or local tax or Customs fees ~ these charges are at the customer's own expense.
